Wealify VA (Virtual Account) — Simplify Your International Cash Flow Management
Wealify VA (Virtual Account) helps you easily manage cash flows from international platforms such as Etsy, PayPal, Google Play, Payoneer, Alipay, etc., back to Vietnam.
Below is a detailed step-by-step guide on how to top up your VA (i.e., withdraw funds from international platforms) and withdraw VND to your bank account.
Topping up your VA essentially means withdrawing funds from platforms like Etsy, Paypal, Google Play, etc., to your Wealify VA account
On the withdrawal page of your platforms (e.g., Etsy, Paypal…), enter your Wealify account information as follows:
Account Holder Name: as per the [Account Name] you registered on Wealify
Account Number: as per the [VA Account Number] provided by the Wealify system
Once linked, these platforms will recognize your VA as your official withdrawal method.
From your seller account on the platforms, initiate a withdrawal to your VA account.
Once processed, the funds will appear in your VA Dashboard on Wealify.
Go to [VA Dashboard] or [Virtual Account Transactions] to view your top-up history.
Success: The withdrawal from the platform to your VA was successful.
Process: The transaction is being processed.
Failed: The transaction was unsuccessful.
Processing time: Approximately 2–3 business days, depending on the platform.
Please note: Wealify cannot intervene in the internal processing of these platforms.
Once you have a VND balance in your VA, you can easily transfer it to your Vietnamese bank account.
Go to Wealify Dashboard
Select [Virtual Account] → [Withdraw]
Select the bank you wish to withdraw funds to from the available list.
If you want to add a new bank account, click [Add Method] and fill in the required details as instructed.
Enter the amount of VND you wish to withdraw or the amount you want to receive.
Then, click [Withdraw] to confirm the transaction.
Go to [VA Dashboard] or [VA Transactions] to track your withdrawal status.
Success: Withdrawal completed successfully.
Pending: Transaction is being processed.
Failed: Withdrawal failed.
Withdrawals are processed at 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM, from Monday to Friday.
For withdrawal requests created after 3:30 PM, the system will process them on the next business day.
If your withdrawal has not been completed after the expected processing time, please contact Wealify Customer Support for immediate assistance.
